Raymond J. Wilke, P.E., LLC provides a broad range of consulting services on real estate, land development, and infrastructure projects for governments, school boards, program managers, construction managers, private developers and their architect/engineer teams. Particular expertise in civil engineering, sitework, permitting, erosion control, stormwater quality, and surveying are offered to support your projects. Our professionals have served a broad mix of clients in the private and public sectors, including: owners, investors, engineers, architects, developers, contractors, builders, appraisers, brokers, governments, construction managers, and program managers. The firm can prepare master plans, conceptual plans, or support final construction plans.
Raymond J. Wilke, P.E., brings over 20 years professional experience to serving clients. He has developed a reputation for quality service, cost sensitivity, technical expertise, and reliable delivery that you can come to expect on your project. With both Business and Engineering degrees, Raymond brings a prudent approach to engineering practical solutions for your technical project needs. Working with clients to develop a shared vision of the constructed product via proper planning and consultation has been a hallmark of his career.
Mr. Wilke has 21 years experience in a broad range of civil engineering, facility, environmental and transportation projects, including elements of planning, design, and construction for schools, parks, libraries, senior centers, arts centers, health centers, justice facilities, pipelines, landfills, tanks, bike paths, railroads, streets, bridges and highways.
He recently served as the Chief Engineer of Development for Fulton County, Georgia, managing a staff of 20 engaged in regulatory plan review of all development permits and platting. While there he executed over 1500 land disturbance permits and approved more than 400 subdivision plats. During his 20 years of experience, Mr. Wilke has managed, designed, and constructed numerous projects for municipal, state, federal, and industrial clients. He has participated on VE teams and is familiar with DOE QA/QC policies and procedures.
Mr. Wilke is well respected for his knowledge of the Georgia NPDES General Permit that is administered as a result of the federal Clean Water Act. He has trained numerous engineers, technicians, administrators and contractors on the provisions of the NPDES Best Management Practices (BMP's) and is considered a subject matter expert on application of effective erosion and sediment controls.
